Personal
Eileen has lived all her life in Santa Clara County, in the cities of San Jose, Morgan Hill and Gilroy. She has two wonderful full-grown girls that have brought much enrichment to her life, with a well rounded life through their many activities. Eileen spent many years as a licensed California Psychiatric Technician working with special needs children and adults at Agnews Developmental Facility.
As a mother, Eileen enjoyed teaching parenting educational classes, being a home & school president, board member with the Emerald Regime Marching band, and classroom helper. Eileen has also helped with her children's Girl Scouts, swim meets & softball games. Her greatest joy was working with Live Oak's Emerald Regime marching band. Eileen has had the opportunity to travel to Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, France, Germany & Switzerland, with the band.
Eileen believes in giving back to the community also. Eileen has spent countless hours working on community efforts such as master planning Kelly Park and the Coyote Creek park trail; being president of a Homeowners Association, campaigning for school bonds, working with special needs children, Bassett Rescue, Toys for Tots and her favorite, Habitat for Humanity.
Eileen is currently married to her husband Kevin, and life without children does not slow them down. They are proud "slaves" to three cats, a basset hound, Border collie mix, and bloodhound. They also are "slaves" to two beautiful horses, a Paint Gelding and a Friesian.
